About the Role:
As a member of the Tech & Product Excellence team at WinZO, you will work closely with the software
development and product teams to deliver high quality, scalable products to be deployed around the world. You will collaborate with the Founders’ to deliver the best product with the most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will be working with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones. You will be owning projects end to end and actively participating in scrums.

What you will do:
● Collaborate across stakeholders to scope new business requirements, identify and prioritize
dependencies across PODs and be the driving force in bring new features to the market
● Define software release plan and scope with POD leads with defined milestones
● Translate weekly scrum reports for broader audiences
● Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with
significant bottom-line impact
● Identify risks, visualize upstream & downstream dependencies and help unblock challenges.
● Create and manage the plan for moving discussed technical solutions to final go-live implementations.
● Capture program status, maintain accurate and current program information for the use of
stakeholders using existing Program Management tools (Jira)
● Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product
development.

What you should have:
We’re looking for people with a hustler mindset, who are curious, eager to learn new things, with a passion for
innovation, and work to be a little better every single day. This is not solely based on whether a candidate has
previously done similar work or not. We’re looking for someone dynamic with below qualities in generous
quantities to perform well in this role –
● Good understanding of product life cycle, including software development methodologies, design and
implementation
● Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills, interpersonal and facilitation skills
● Data driven analysis skills for measuring, tracking and reporting of projects and managing delivery
● Good knowledge of task tracking software (e.g., Jira) and proven ability to quickly pick up new tools
and software.
● Technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and
resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment
● Must have experience interacting and managing production for a development team (front
end/back-end programmers & QA)
● Understanding of data platform will be an added advantage
