About the Role:
In the recent past, gaming as a sector has become attractive even amongst investors. Gaming saw deals worth more than $100 billion during 2022, making it the industry darling globally. During the last years, gaming saw a huge lift due to people preferring social entertainment and partially because of the value being created by companies who practiced responsible M&A. WinZO has its own $50 million Game Developer’s Fund and a Gaming Lab to support India’s Gaming ecosystem. As a member of the core team of ZO funds, you will be responsible for international expansion, strategically identifying and investing in attractive opportunities, investments in mergers & acquisitions in India as well as global opportunities and identifying areas of collaboration for organic growth. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects, and drive execution with stakeholders.

What you will do:
● Design growth strategy for WinZO in terms of partnerships, investments, and mergers & acquisitions and drive all stages of the investment including opportunity identification, fund allocation, bringing stakeholders together, and successful execution.
● Create an exciting M&A pipeline for WinZO by analyzing the competitive landscape and reaching out to potential targets across all forms of interactive entertainment: games, economies around gaming, content creation and security.
● Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
● Manage all merger & acquisition activities with focus on due diligence and post deal integration
