About the Role:

You will be responsible for advising on general corporate matters, challenging regulatory structures, navigating commercial partnership dynamics and providing advice across cross-functional legal and business teams. In this role you will work with people throughout the company and will deal with a diverse set of matters ranging from business processes to technology. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects, and drive execution with stakeholders.

What you will do:
• Help build scalable and effective processes for legal review and launch of new products.
• Provide commercial legal advice on a wide variety of legal and quasi legal matters directly related to the business
• Instruct and manage external counsel including external costs

• Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behaviour
• Collaborating with support functions across the business including HR, Finance, and Engineering

What you should have:

We’re looking for people with a hustler mindset, who are curious, eager to learn new things, with a passion for innovation, and work to be a little better every single day. This is not solely based on whether a candidate has previously done similar work or not. We’re looking for someone dynamic with below qualities in generous quantities to perform well in this role –
• 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer working on complex regulatory or technology matters, preferably working with technology companies on the legal and regulatory aspects of product development in the technology space.
• A passion for technology in general and gaming industry in particular and ability to understand complex business models and product use cases quickly.
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and project management skills with a strict attention to detail.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
