About the Role:
As a member of the Performance Marketing team, you will own the execution and manage WINZO’s performance marketing campaigns on Google ads (including search ads) and Facebook Ads. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives and ownership of work. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects, and drive execution with stakeholders.

What you will do:
● Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis.
● Drive marketing programs which are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
● Manage all efforts and goals on digital paid media: SEM, Display, FB Ads, etc.
● Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact
● Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/others as partner.
● Responsible for achieving the marketing channels’ short term and long-term goals.
● Proficiently doing all the execution from keywords research, account structuring / restructuring, campaign creation, ad-copy ideas, creative suggestions, deciding best bid strategies, run A/B experiments etc. as per the Google’s best practices.
● Manage and keep a track of ROI and compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports for campaigns.
● Understands the business and work towards achieving their KPIs.
● Keeps up to date with industry updates and experiments.

What you should have:
We’re looking for people with a hustler mindset, who are curious, eager to learn new things, with a passion for innovation, and work to be a little better every single day. This is not solely based on whether a candidate has previously done similar work or not. We’re looking for someone dynamic with below qualities in generous quantities to perform well in this role –
● 4+ years of experience in managing Google ads / Facebook ads for apps
● Expert level knowledge of spreadsheet programs
● Expert level analytical skills
● Hands on experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer/ Branch / Adjust
● Understanding of playstore analytics and app ecosystem
● Working knowledge of Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics (preferably adobe analytics)
● Great communication skills
