About the Role
As a part of the Human Capital team at WinZO, you will have a blank canvas to build the organization. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects, and drive execution with stakeholders.
What you will do

Understand the organization requirements and come up with initiatives for organization building

Create and understand the policies and procedures
-
Individually manage end to end recruitment of key roles
-
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
-
Organizational development & change for ongoing international expansion
-
Contribute in Mergers & Acquisitions as avenues for global growth
-
Create and implement a robust performance management system and processes to build high performing teams
-
Collaborate and support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
-
Understand all the laws pertaining to HR, employment and ensure legal compliances
-
Conceptualize and execute engagement initiatives across teams in consultation with the people operations team
-
Manage strong employee connect and resolve queries of employees pertaining to policies, processes, benefits etc.

Develop effective, long-term relationships with candidates and business partners to build prospective networks, garnering feedback and drive organizational requirements
-
Own or set and contribute to sourcing strategies that increase the volume of leads for client team referral drives, networking events, competitor lay-off/redundancy, open-source communities, etc.

Monitor external trends pertaining to compensation, benefits, talent attraction and identify (e.g., competition, costs, productivity, and retention).

Have a great knack for technology and automate HR and organizational processes

Be data savvy and develop reporting structures and create HRMS and hiring analytics
