About the Role:

As a part of the backend engineering team at WinZO, your core responsibilities would be to lead, coordinate, develop  high traffic/scale applications and deliver on your roadmap.

What you will do: 

• You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts, coordinating across multiple teams to develop optimal solutions.

• Expertise on development of high-performance high traffic/scale applications with good understanding of measuring results and identifying application bottlenecks quickly

• Understanding of software development practices such as Agile, TDD, Testing Automation, Performance and Load testing.

• Responsible for the over-all systems development life cycle of key product sub-systems

• You will also establish planning mechanisms to deliver on your road-map, demonstrate strong operational excellence and maintain a high code quality bar.

• Technically Hands-on, prior experience with scalable Architecture managing team of (5-10)

What you should have: 

We’re looking for people with a hustler mindset, who are curious, eager to learn new things, with a passion for innovation, and work to be a little better every single day. This is not solely based on whether a candidate has previously done similar work or not. We’re looking for someone dynamic with below qualities in generous quantities to perform well in this role –

• 6+ years of overall experience

• Educational Qualifications - Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• In depth knowledge of the primary technologies used (Nodejs/Golang, Redis, Kafka, Dockers, Postgres, (NoSQL) databases, AWS)

• Excellent design and architecture knowledge.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex plans and designs

• Candidates must be innovative, creative, flexible, and self-motivated.

• Demonstrated data-driven decision making and strong customer empathy

• Good to have mobile frameworks knowledge (iOS/Android)
