About the Role:
Looking for intuitively creative Motion Graphic Designer who are passionate about Art & Design, to curate brand-aligned, upbeat, funky and high-intent video/content that speaks volumes to our target audience. Who have a portfolio of outstanding work for leading brands and/or content creators Have a creative mind with a strong and appealing design sense. Good knowledge of storytelling will be an added advantage. Must be a creative thinker to solve the problem and design effectively for the end consumer. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects, and drive execution with stakeholders.

We’re looking for people with a hustler mindset, who are curious, eager to learn new things, with a passion for innovation, and work to be a little better every single day. This is not solely based on whether a candidate has previously done similar work or not. We’re looking for someone dynamic with below qualities in generous quantities to perform well in this role –

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Animation, Film or Video production or (Design School Preferred)
• 5+ years of work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer
• Create digital video content in a variety of formats (Digital Ads, FB, Instagram)
• Create promotional, product explainers, and ad videos.
• Independently research on content ideas and themes and create authoritative content
• Developing and strengthening brand assets including style and brand guidelines
• Independently curating interesting bytes from long footages of content
• Researching on trends in the content ecosystem and adopting them with agility
• Measure outcomes and continuously iterate based on response and feedback
• Ability to deliver high-quality output without or minimum supervision
• Ability to work well in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Utmost respect for commitments and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills are required to have a good understanding of project scope and
• Managing moving video and social projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
• You can work independently and excel as part of a team, skilfully sharing your progress, problems
and pitfalls.
• Should be able to adapt to master videos, such as creating cutdowns, replacing supers & end cards,
sound mixing voice-over, adding subtitling.
• Possessing a strong knowledge of all delivery formats, ensuring all outputs are technically to spec and
the responsibility of all content is QC'd prior to delivery.
• Propose creative solutions and have a proven track record in motion graphic/editing and the ability
for storytelling that are relevant to the brand’s brief and within brand guidelines.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Have the capability to operate independently and efficiently with increased levels of self-initiative
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects.
• Drive projects and initiatives, end-to-end. Familiarity with the digital ecosystem & social media
• A strong focus on ‘getting things done’ at lightning speed
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to build good working relationships.
