About the Role: 
Product team plays a pivotal role in leveraging technology for providing an exceptional customer experience. With the analytical and problem-solving mindset, they get deeper into the function/problem space, work with stakeholders and partners to develop a wider perspective, take outside-in view of the problems and create a vision, strategy, and roadmap of how software can solve immediate needs/wants, setting the stage for the right disruptions/innovations of the future. At WinZO, you will be curating systems, journeys and personalized experiences for our users which are at 100 million currently and need to be scaled indefinitely. You will be a critical part of new product/feature launches and work actively on accelerating the performance of WinZO Platform. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects, and drive execution with stakeholders.

What you will do: 

  • Create and implement in-game events, promotions, and sales to increase player engagement and retention.
  • Analyze game data and player behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the game's economy and balance, including virtual goods pricing, drop rates, and reward systems.
  • Monitor game performance and ensure the game meets KPIs, including revenue, retention, and engagement.
  • Work with the customer support team to resolve player issues and complaints.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our games..

What you should have: 

We’re looking for people with a hustler mindset, who are curious, eager to learn new things, with a passion for innovation, and work to be a little better every single day. This is not solely based on whether a candidate has previously done similar work or not. We’re looking for someone dynamic with below qualities in generous quantities to perform well in this role –

  • Proven ability to build and optimize deep tech products and the vision to scale them fast, with a relentless focus on quality and user experience
  • User Focus: Focus on interactions with customers to get an intuitive understanding of how they think and behave. Work effectively with all stakeholders required to bring user-backward products to life, focus on delivering value to our users, and then iterating to maximize gains
  • Strategy: Ensure that the product strategy is clearly articulated across the org., well understood, and communicated, and progress towards it is tracked holistically 
  • Prioritization: Make informed trade-off decisions while creating roadmaps, ensuring execution and time-to-market are optimized while balancing user needs and business priorities
  • Data-oriented approach, a key eye for numbers, market insights, and an appetite for business context and metrics. Can arrive at well-thought hypotheses for ambiguous questions and influence product vision/roadmap basis analysis of data patterns
  • Owner mentality: Willingness to take initiatives, the accountability to dive closure, tenacity, & grit
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, the ability to articulate and evangelize product vision, and ‘Go to market plans’ in a compelling storytelling manner
